Day 60: Final Form

“It’s only after we lose everything that we are free to do anything.” Tyler Durden

Nothing happens over night but change can come in an instant.  On that note, I am so happy to report that after completing the Saba60 program I lost a total of 47.8lbs and 7.5 inches off my waist!  My wife Sylvia lost a total of 29.2lbs and 4.5 inches off her waist!

The results are incredible and I am so very thankful for everyone at Saba and DDPYoga.  Without both the Saba60 meal plan and the DDPYoga workout perfectly explained and laid out for me, my results would be much different.  In all my years of yo-yo dieting and trying different fad diets, the Saba60 meal plan was the only plan that worked for my lifestyle and the DDPYoga workout routine made it possible for me to move and reclaim my physical life again.  Nothing but love from this former Super Heavyweight!

If you are interested in finding out about the Saba60, please contact my wife at www.sabaforlife.com/sylviaboyles or email her at sylviamboyles@gmail.com.

I will be posting a much more detailed story that documents our journey since 2013 when I am able to compile everything, but I wanted to update everyone that has been following us since Day 1 that it is possible and you can do it to if you decide to change your life today.  Thanks everyone and make it the BEST day possible!

Day 60 is fast approaching.  Sylvia hopped on the scale yesterday and found out she is down to 220 lbs which is almost 15 lbs lost since her Day 30!  I am so proud of her.  Thank you Saba, ACE, Saba60 and DDPYoga for making our lives SO much better! Contact my wife for any info on the Saba60 or any Saba products at www.sabaforlife.com/sylviaboylessylviamboyles@gmail.com or on Twitter @saba_syl.

Make it the BEST day possible everyone!

Day 30: Past Point Break

Let’s get into it and HIT MY MUSIC!

Today it’s “Radioactive M.A.A.D. City Mash-Up”

What a thrilling first 30 days into my lifestyle change that I am PROUD to say has started a chain reaction in my life that I cannot begin to put into words.  But I’ll try.

As many of you saw with my last post for the first 15 days into the Saba60 meal plan and roughly 2 weeks into doing DDPYoga regularly that I lost 16.8lbs and 2 inches off my stomach.

WELL, as of day 30 I am officially 26.8lbs lighter and I am down a total of 4 inches off of my stomach.  I went from a size 48 to a size 40 pant size in this time period as well.

30 days down, 30 days to go.  This is a lifestyle change and one that has finally broke through as a habit and not a fad.  My biggest problem with losing weight has always been boredom and consistency.  What I have done by creating this as a habit is eliminate my two greatest detractors. The Saba60 meal plan is great, I believe made even better with DDPYoga.  I suppose any resistance training would be the best option for ANYONE but I also love the little to no impact on my joints and no running or lifting.  This appeals to me in a big way PLUS it is realistic.  I do it first thing when I wake up, I do it from home, and there are no excuses.  Period.  My meals are planned and in front of me throughout the day.  I eat smaller portions more frequently and the ACE that I take helps me naturally curb my appetite.

So join me won’t you?  As we have a small taste of the rich and famous As I continue to amaze and strive to break EVERY record that the Saba Team has for weight loss in 60 total days.  I want to win, it is that simple.  I am competitive, I have a purpose, and when I want something I am going to go out and get it.  I will either achieve my goal or I won’t stop until I do.  Make THIS your habit too.

One of my favorite motivational videos is a cut-up of Will Smith clips.  No, this is not the “Best of Wild Wild West-Fresh Prince-I,Robot-Hancock-Legend Of Bagger Vance Supercut,” but it will inspire you to lift the heaviest object within your immediate vicinity and try to send it to the moon!  Enjoy and make it the BEST day possible!
